If you have been dreaming of going on a safari, this package is the perfect introduction to a magical Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara are two of the most visited parks in Kenya, each unique in its own way. A safari to these two destinations will give you a perfect overview of the safari wonders of Kenya.
Masai Mara is famous all over the world for the annual wildebeest migration. This phenomenal event brings millions of wildebeest from the Serengeti to the Masai Mara in search of water and pasture. It is not an ordinary Migration, however. As the wildebeest attempt to cross the Mara River they will encounter crocodiles, lions and other predators lying in wait. Battles for survival is one of the most exciting events you will ever witness in the Wilderness.
Other than the annual migration, there are several other adventurous things you can do at the Masai Mara.
This famous park has a high wildlife density, and regardless of what time of the year it is, you will have fantastic game drives. If you have always been curious about the Masai people, this is an excellent chance to visit a Masai homestead to learn more about their culture and traditions. If you crave a little more excitement, viewing the Mara atop a hot air balloon can be quite a thrill.
Lake Nakuru National Park, on the other hand, offers quite a unique experience. The park is home to a large number of black and white rhinos, both endangered species. You will also encounter lions, buffaloes, giraffes and antelopes. The lake itself is a sight to behold and a must-see during your Kenya safari. Millions of flamingos inhabit it, and all you can see is a mass of pink in every direction.

Full day in the Masai Mara wilderness
Sunrise is a great time for wildlife viewing as animals are most active during the ‘golden hours’ when the first rays of the sun fall on the savannah. Few predators hunt in the heat of the day, so early morning is the best time to see the thrill of the hunt, or at least the aftermath of a hunt. We advise you to take a packed lunch that day so we can spend the whole day in the wild watching zebras, lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalos, birds and the entire beautiful scenery.

Game is plentiful in this park and the great birding will make even the most reluctant a devotee. The park is home to stunning flocks of both small and large flamingos that literally transform the lake shores into a magnificent stretch of pink.
