Two safari pearls in one trip, because we observe both primates and big game! In Uganda we are directly facing the gentle giants during gorilla tracking – a goosebumps experience! In Queen Elizabeth National Park we try to track down chimpanzees, and we also watch hippos, crocodiles and elephants during a boat tour from the river. In Kenya we roam almost endless expanse of the Maasai Mara. Antelopes, lions, giraffes, buffalo and zebras are all over the place and gives you room for taking great and loud photos for future story telling ! We are out and of course in special safari vehicles in the national parks as we leave all the roofs wide open to allow you have a 360 ° panoramic view. On the way we spend the night in comfortable lodges and stylish tented camps.

1x night in a 3 * guest house / hotel and the driving time is around 1hour to 45 mins depending on the time of arrival and traffic situation.
Depending on your time of arrival, you will have a heavy Breakfast the following Morning and get ready to start your Journey, On the way to Lake Mburo National Park, we have a picnic break at the equator and take a few souvenir photos from the equator crossing. In the afternoon we reach the park’s hilly acacia landscape a home to numerous zebras, impala, and Rothschild giraffes. We spend the Night in a tented camp which is located on a hill and we have a wider view over the savannah. we spend the night in 3-4 * tented camp (B / P / D) / travel time is estimated to be 3 hours.
After an early tea or coffee on the veranda, we roam the park on a guided game walk to watch the animals do their morning activities. After a late breakfast at the camp, we drive to Bwindi National Park. Around half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas live in the dense rainforest. This seems to be one of your best adventure you have ever had in life. the feeling is ultimate.
Early in the morning, the rangers from the national park administration explain the correct behavior for gorilla tracking. With local guides, we hike through the dense forest. Trackers let the guides know where the gorillas are, which then leads us exactly to the point where the gorillas are! In most cases, we often families sitting peacefully on the grass or chilling on trees. You will have the opportunity of seeing and watching young Gorillas playfully testing their strength and the silverback on the having every family member in view. We can watch the goings-on for an hour and then vacate the place because we also consider not to disturb the natural daily routine of the gorillas for a longer time.,

In the morning, the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park known as the Ishasha Sector which is our next destination. This area is best known for the tree lions chilling on strong branches of trees during lunchtime hours. After a picnic by the Ishasha River, we search the trees for the tree lions. Then it’s on to the northern part of the park, the so-called Mweya sector. Driving time is around 6 hours
The tropical forests along the Central African Rift Valley are home to the chimpanzees. Hopefully in the morning we will find them in the treetops – a strenuous affair, because it is hot and humid. In the afternoon we take a relaxed boat tour on the Kazinga channel as we watch elephants, buffalo, crocodiles and many birds in a close range. After the boat trip, there is still time to roam the open savannah to watch wildlife.

We leave the Central African Rift Valley and after a short stop in Kampala, the Capital of Uganda we reach the source of the White Nile. The lodge in which we stay is located in a good area and so it guarantees an exciting view.
Accompanied by a local guide, we stroll through the villages along the Nile and get an insight into the culture and everyday life of the residents. Prepare lunch together in one of locals house in the middle of the village or even an option of eating in a local food outlet. In the afternoon we walk through Jinja and the local market, where you can buy vegetables, clothes and handmade crafts.
During a boat trip on Lake Victoria to the sources of the Nile, we observe kingfishers and cormorants in the shore area.

After the experiences and memorable Sceneries we have had in Uganda, today we continue to Kenya. At the border crossing we say goodbye to the Ugandan tour guide and say hello to the Kenyan tour guide. Around noon we reach the lodge, which is located in a small impala sanctuary on the shores of Lake Victoria near Kisumu.

Together with the Serengeti in Tanzania, the Mara forms a huge ecosystem that is home to millions of animals. During the next few days we quietly observe lions, hyenas, elephants, antelopes, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest and many other different animal spieces.
Game drives usually take place early in the morning and late afternoon. But we can also set off with a packed lunch as we expand the observation radius. If you want, you can visit a Maasai village (optional at a fee of approx. USD 30 – 40).

On this Day, we continue with doing Game Drives as we quietly observe lions, hyenas, elephants, antelopes, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest and many other animals.
Our Game drive will take place very early in the morning and late afternoon to allow us capture loud photos from animals leaving shelter and at the same time watch them later on there way back to the shelter.

The small park has several peculiarities: numerous flamingos color the shores of Lake Nakuru pink and the park is home to rhinos, which are very endangered in Africa. We reach the accommodation around noon, in the afternoon we have time for an extensive game drive.

Very early in the morning we drive one last time to the park and experience the view from Baboon Cliff. Then it’s time to say goodbye. We stop at Lake Naivasha for lunch, then we reach Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. The last morning Game Drive will be done depending on the nature of your Departure time and Flight schedule. Depending on the return flight, we will be brought to the airport in good time. (B / P / -) / Travel time approx. 3 hours.
