Experience the wildlife in Tanzania on a 7-day safari and then relax for a few days on the dream island of Zanzibar. People have lived in Zanzibar for 20,000 years. Zanzibar History properly begins when the islands became a known centre for traders voyaging between the African Great Lakes, the Somali Peninsula, the Arabian peninsula, Iran, and the Indian subcontinent. Trade affairs have made the island one of the most popular island in Africa. Tanzania is estimated to be having 20 percent population of Africa’s largest animal species found across its reserves, conservation areas, marine parks, and 17 other national parks, spread over an area of more than 42,000 square kilometres (16,000 sq mi) and forming approximately 38 percent of the country’s territory. Tanzania is known for its extensive migratory herds of wildebeests and zebra and one of the great natural wonders of the world.
Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your guide will meet you and take you to your hotel in Arusha. The rest of the day can be used as free time and relaxation. Enjoy the evening mood on your first evening in Africa.

After breakfast, the safari program will be discussed with your guide. Afterwards you drive to Lake Manyara. There you will go on your first eventful game drive in the afternoon. Lake Manyara National Park consists of 3 vegetation zones: rainforest, scrubland and bodies of water ”. The most striking animal species for the visitor are baboons, impala antelopes and elephants. Bird lovers will also get their money worth on the shores of the lake. Flamingos, pelicans, spoonbills, numerous waders, ducks and geese can be seen. The tree-climbing lions that made the park famous, on the other hand, they are rarely seen.

In the morning drive to the famous Serengeti National Park. On the way you make a short detour to the Olduvai George Museum, in which the oldest human bones can be seen. In the afternoon you go on a game drive and experience the breathtaking wildlife in the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Large herds of wild animals roam the savannah and with a little luck you can see cheetahs hunting.

Today you will spend the whole day in the Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti National Park is the most famous wilderness area in Africa and is located between the Ngorongoro Highlands, Lake Victoria and Tanzania’s northern border with Kenya. The name Serengeti comes from the Masai, the word “SERENGETI” means “endless prairie” which means a large open area of Grassland. The Park is approximately 14,760 km² and enchants with its endless savannahs and huge herds of game.

In the morning you go on another game drive in the Serengeti National Park with a picnic at Nabi Hill Gate. During the journey you will cross the Ngorongoro Conservation Area past some Masai villages. The rest of the day is at your disposal. Use the time and relax with a glass of wine on the terrace of the lodge with a breathtaking view of the crater.

After breakfast you will go on a 6-hour crater tour with a picnic in the immediate vicinity of a “hippo basin”. The crater was created by a collapse of a volcano that was comparable in height to Kilimanjaro. Nowadays the crater is about 600 m deep and is home to about 20,000 large wild animals. Because the water holes in the crater, it never dries out, most of the animals stay there for their entire life. Among other things, hippos, lions, leopards and elephants as well as some of the last black rhinos in Tanzania. In the afternoon you drive to your accommodation.

After breakfast,you now drive back to Arusha. From Kilimanjaro Airport, fly on to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Stonetown, you will be welcomed by our Guide and you will be taken to your selected beach hotel. And now let the chilling and relaxing Mode be switched on.
