Accompanied by experienced rangers and trackers who have known the gorillas for years. The rangers inform us about the rules of conduct when tracking gorillas and then we set off. The trackers tell the guide where the gorilla family is and we hike over hill and dale across the forest to exactly that spot. We carefully approach the group of primates and the moment we see them we are guaranteed to get goosebumps! The peaceful co-existence is fascinating.
